Soft, creamy white linen fabric has been used to craft these knee length bloomers. A thin strip of shiny pink silk ribbon hugs the wearer as it wraps around their hips just underneath the ruffled waistline and ties into a dainty bow that helps keep the garment from slipping. Similar pink ribbons are also sewn just above the layers of overlapping lace and ruffles that start at the mid-thigh and end at the knee. Stitched on the back left panel of the garment is a ruby red heart pierced with a violin bow of sparkling ebony thread.
